  • 2.5 cups Kurvball Barbecue Whiskey
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/3 cup Dark Brown Sugar
  • 3 TBSP Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 whole Lemon

Instructions
 

  • Start by pouring the Kurvball Barbecue Whiskey into a medium saucepan, then warm it over medium heat.
  • Light the warmed whiskey on fire and wait for the flame to burn out to remove the alcohol.
  • Whisk together honey, Worcestershire sauce, dark brown sugar, and cracked black pepper. Cook on medium heat until reduced by half.
  • Remove the sauce from heat and transfer it to a medium bowl. Cool the sauce using an ice bath until it reaches room temperature.
  • When you are ready to use, cut the lemon in half and squeeze its juice into the bowl. Whisk everything together.
  • This sauce can be used as both a glaze during cooking and a dipping sauce afterwards.
