Fort Wayne Home & Garden Show 2025 – Four Years Strong with Smoked Q

What a weekend! The Fort Wayne Home & Garden Show has always been a highlight on my calendar, and this year’s show at the Allen County War Memorial Coliseum was no exception. The aisles were packed, the energy was high, and the Simply Decks booth was buzzing from the time the doors opened until the lights went out.

This was my fourth year bringing Smoked Q products to the show, and every year it just gets better. What makes it so special isn’t just the big crowds or the excitement around new home and garden ideas—it’s the people who keep coming back to see us.

At Home in the Simply Decks Booth

Our booth has become a familiar stop for a lot of folks, and I love it. I had customers walk up who bought rubs from me three years ago, still talking about their favorite way to use them on ribs, wings, or brisket. Others came in with shopping lists, ready to restock their pantry for grilling season.

It’s that sense of community—catching up, swapping stories, and sharing laughs—that makes setting up in the Simply Decks booth feel less like work and more like hanging out with friends.

What Stood Out This Year

• The Familiar Faces – Seeing repeat customers year after year is hands-down the best part.
• Smoked Q Love – Folks who discovered our rubs and sauces in past years came back just to tell me how much their families love them.
• New Conversations – Every show brings fresh faces who are curious to try something new on the grill. Watching their eyes light up when they taste or smell a rub for the first time never gets old.

Walking out of the 2025 Fort Wayne Home & Garden Show, I felt grateful—and fired up. Four years in, and the excitement hasn’t slowed down a bit. The show gave me the chance to reconnect with longtime Smoked Q fans, meet new ones, and share what I love doing most: helping people bring bold flavors to their backyard.
